Executive Biography
Bldr. Olugbade Fatai Omolade is a registered builder and construction management professional with close to a decade and a half of experience across public infrastructure, real estate development, and building production management in Nigeria.
He currently serves as a Registered Builder with the Directorate of Public Buildings under Oyo State's Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Transport, bringing high-level public sector oversight, project governance, and quality discipline to his executive stewardship at Hi-Construct Investment Limited.
His career progression includes senior leadership roles as Group Managing Director of Hi-Construct Investment Limited, Head of Projects at Sapient Vendors Limited, and Assistant Project Manager at ACO-Constructions Limited, spanning project planning, budget and cost control, contractor supervision, quality assurance, and health and safety compliance on projects including public court buildings, government administrative blocks, residential estates, and commercial developments.
He also holds active leadership positions within the Nigerian Institute of Building (Oyo State Vice-Chairman) and the Building Collapse Prevention Guild, and has contributed to professional development through mentoring, conference speaking, and policy advisory work in the built environment sector.

Engr. S. A. Adefisoye is a civil engineer and builder with over 15 years of experience delivering construction projects across Nigeria. He has progressed through roles as Site Supervisor, Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, and Structural Engineer with firms including Tunde Ayoola & Partners, Reyog International Nigeria Limited, Helzon Limited, and Stallion Construction Company Limited, handling design, site supervision, quality control, and client liaison on projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings to road rehabilitation, pile foundations, and institutional facilities.
